The parking situation is abysmal!!! No designated drop-off area for luggage, and the elevator wait times can be agonizing!!! Having a small tub with pathetic water pressure is just inexcusable!!!

My stay in the Deluxe Twin Room was delightful! Clean, spacious, and a nice city view made it enjoyable. However, sound insulation could be improved. The hotel’s location is excellent, close to metro and attractions.

A complimentary water refill station on each floor was convenient, as was the lovely view of the city. The location was ideal, just a brief walk to major transport hubs. It would have been great if there were more on-site dining options to enjoy the cakes I heard guests rave about.

Excellent Location and Comfortable Stay

I had a wonderful experience during my stay! The room was clean and comfortable, and I especially appreciated the separation of the toilet and bathroom. The location made it easy to access public transport and was just a quick walk to several great restaurants. I do wish the front desk staff could be a bit more welcoming, but overall, it did not detract from my enjoyable visit.

I experienced the coziest stay! The bed in my Standard Double Room was ultra-comfortable, making it hard to get out each morning. Plus, the location was a dream, just a quick walk to the Banqiao MRT station, which made exploring easy and enjoyable!
